What we collect

If you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. Depending on the form, that may include your name, phone number, email address, the town you live in, who care is for, and anything you tell us about the help you are looking for. If you apply for a caregiver position, we also receive your work experience, availability, and any resume you attach.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records through this website. Please do not send those through a web form.

Like most websites, our host records basic technical information such as your general location, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site running and to understand which pages people find useful.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to you, schedule a free in-home assessment, arrange care, review job applications, and keep in touch about the services you asked about. That is all.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or lead brokers.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to Del Rio Care Group through service providers that operate this website and route messages to us. Those providers are permitted to process the information only in order to deliver it to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and applications as long as we need them to serve you or consider you for a role, and as long as our records and any licensing requirements call for. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 484-824-7400 and ask. There is no form to fill out and no charge.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may call or text you back about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging care. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
